'Lead the way' - Original

A coloured pencil study of a baby African Elephant following his mother. This piece was created to capture the sweet proportions of the elephant infant, who are well known to be curious, playful and clumsy. The mummy elephant was a later addition to complete the piece.

The title of 'Lead the way' has been given to this piece to represent the role that a mother has with their young to guide, teach and protect them, creating a strong and irreplaceable bond.

It is understandable that art can look different in person compared to the online representation of the product. Zoe endeavours to represent the artwork to you as best as she can, however, discrepancies in overall colour and texture of the artwork may vary.
